Sara DeLacey
Sara DeLacey is an associate attorney at FMBK whose practice focuses exclusively on family law. She joined FMBK following her time as a summer associate with the firm.
At FMBK, Sara handles a broad range of family law matters, including division of assets, child custody, child support, and domestic violence restraining orders. She is committed to advocating for her clients with empathy, strategic clarity, and dedication through all stages of litigation or negotiated settlement.
Sara graduated from Emory University with high honors and a B.A. in Philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. While at UCLA, Sara was actively involved in the legal community. She competed on UCLA’s Mock Trial team, ranked among the best in the nation, and also placed highly in UCLA’s Moot Court Competitions.
Sara is passionate about guiding families through emotionally difficult transitions with compassion, diligence, and clear communication. Her goal is to empower clients with knowledge and support as they navigate the complexities of family law.
