Lindsey Hoyt
Lindsey Hoyt is an associate attorney at FMBK whose practice is devoted exclusively to family law. She joined the firm after previously working as a Summer Associate, where she confirmed her passion for client-focused advocacy.
Lindsey earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she graduated in the top 15% of her class. Academically, she developed a strong foundation in family law and dispute resolution. Lindsey received the First Honors Award in both Family Law and Negations, achieving the highest grade in each course.
She further strengthened her practical experience through Loyola’s Collaborative Family Law Clinic, where she received hands-on training in negotiated resolutions and client advocacy. Lindsey also clerked for the Honorable Judge Josh Freeman Stinn in the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Family Law Division, gaining invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and the strategic considerations that inform effective advocacy.
At Loyola, Lindsey served as Co-President of the Child and Family Law Society, where she organized programming and networking opportunities for students pursuing careers in family law. She was also inducted into the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society in recognition of her academic achievement.
Lindsey received her Bachelor of Arts in political science, with a minor in philosophy, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
