Jeremy B. Kline, CFLS*
Jeremy B. Kline is a Certified Family Law Specialist* and Partner at Feinberg, Mindel, Brandt & Klein, LLP. With decades of legal experience, Jeremy has built a respected and diverse family law practice.
A large part of Jeremy’s practice is focused on drafting, reviewing and negotiating premarital, postmarital and cohabitation agreements. Jeremy has extensive experience representing both the “in” spouse, and "out" spouse, both men and women.
This broad experience gives Jeremy the ability to see and understand issues from both sides, and look for creative solutions. Each couple is unique. Jeremy enjoys the challenge of working with clients and counsel to complete their agreement to help plan for the future, and lay the foundation for a successful marriage.
Jeremy’s family law practice also includes dissolution of marriage, child and spousal support, child custody and visitation, paternity, post-judgment modifications, domestic violence and civil harassment restraining orders.
Jeremy is known for his pragmatic approach, skillful negotiation, and strategic litigation. He is committed to providing his clients with thoughtful guidance and effective advocacy in emotionally charged legal matters. His background allows him to provide both compassionate counsel and assertive representation.
In addition to his legal practice, Jeremy has held several leadership roles in professional organizations. He served on the State Bar Family Law Advisory Commission from 2009 to 2013, including as Vice Chair and Chair, and was a member of the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Jeremy continues to actively participate in several bar associations and professional groups.
Jeremy earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA, graduating cum laude and J.D. degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. He and his wife Betsy live in Los Angeles with their two children and legal beagle.
