As a seasoned litigator with over eight years of experience in family law, Allison brings an unparalleled passion and dedication to her practice. She is skilled at handling highly contentious and complex cases involving legal issues such as child custody, child support, spousal support, and valuations of businesses.  Allison has represented wide range of individuals, from high-net-worth business owners, to stay at home parents.  Allison has a unique ability to listen to her clients and connect on a personal level, which allows her to help tell her client’s story to obtain optimal results.  She is able to see the big picture and think strategically in order to meet the individual needs of each client, which often includes working with a team of experts in the forensic accounting, psychological and real estate fields.

Prior to joining FMBK, Allison practiced corporate litigation and family law at numerous boutique firms in Los Angeles. Then after gaining several more years of family law experience under Simpson Law Group, FMBK and Simpson Law Group merged in 2021, making Allison officially an FMBK team member.

Allison graduated from UCLA in 2000 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in History. There, she served as the Director of Archives for her sorority, Delta Gamma. As an undergraduate student Allison concentrated her additional course work in Art History and French and earned a Certificate of French Language and Civilization from the Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Allison earned her juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Law School, graduating in 2003. While in law school, she competed in the Vincent S. Dalsimer and Armand Arabian Advocacy Moot Court competitions, procured an internship with the Los Angeles District Attorney, where she worked as a Law Clerk in the Legal Writing and Research Division in Malibu. In her third year, Allison interned as a Certified Law Clerk in the Criminal Felony Prosecution Unit at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in Downtown LA.

A devoted mother of three, Allison enjoys spending her free time with her family, cooking for friends, and partaking in a variety fitness classes including hot power yoga, Pilates and running.
